Absolute Nutrition was born in 2014 when Jo's love of snacks and creating recipe's resulted in her making snacks locally and before long Jo was a weekly resident at Glasnevin Food Market for almost 2 years.

Absolute Nutrition is on a mission to create the best possible snacks & treats without ever compromising on taste or quality and has worked with the same trusted Irish suppliers since the beginning.
