This belief has shaped Absolute Nutrition from day one. In just a few short years, we’ve grown from a galley kitchen into our very own purpose-built gluten-free bakery in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

Along the way, we’ve learned a lot, met some incredible people, and built something we’re genuinely proud of. What truly makes Absolute Nutrition special, though, is the people behind it. Dedicated, hardworking and passionate, our team is more than colleagues - they’re our second family.

Behind every bar, ball and bite is a small, local team who care deeply about what they do. From carefully preparing our snacks to ensuring quality, consistency and love go into every batch, the team is at the heart of our bakery.

They bring energy, attention to detail, laughter and a shared belief in real food made properly. Each person plays a vital role, and together they help turn our ideas into products we’re proud to put our name on every day.

Over the past ten years, I’ve learned so much - from developing recipes and understanding ingredients, to running a food manufacturing bakery and growing a competitive Irish food brand I’m proud of.

What began as a simple love for creating better food has turned into something I truly enjoy. I spend my days working on new ideas, overseeing production, and making sure our snacks reach stores and cafés across the country.

I genuinely love what I do, and that passion for real food continues to guide everything we create at Absolute Nutrition.
