We have just come home from a fab weekend in Latvia where we watched friends of ours celebrate their wedding. We spent time in the heart of Riga exploring the old town with its cobbled streets and beautiful architecture. We also visited their local museum and ate in the coolest and most delicious places like Fat Cat Eklernica, Key to Riga, Lido and of course I paid a visit to the local chocolatiers Balsams. It really is a beautiful city with a great atmosphere and the nightlife didn't disappoint either! Well worth a visit.
