My Power Slice was one of the first protein bars I ever made. I LOVE chocolate and I love coconut oil so I began to experiment and pretty soon came up with my power slice. A melt in your mouth silky smooth delight.
- Coconut Oil contains Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT's), aka, good fats, which are metabolised differently in our bodies where they are sent straight to our liver and used as a quick source of energy or turned into Ketones.
- High in antioxidants, coconut oil can help reduce inflammation and arthritis.
