But the fun wasn’t over yet. The tricky part was the white chocolate decoration on top. The team experimented with crisscross lines, drizzles, and different ideas - until they found the perfect design: a little chocolate “top hat” that makes each ball look like a mini traditional Christmas pudding. Every ball is hand-rolled and carefully decorated with a tiny cranberry, making it festive, fun, and ready to brighten any winter day.
Joanne loves that making these isn’t just about the snack - it’s a full-on festive experience in her bakery.
